Surface treatment methods commonly used in grassland fence

1. Galvanized

Zinc plating is divided into electro-galvanized (cold plating) and hot-dip galvanizing. The dense basic zinc carbonate film formed on the zinc surface is used to achieve the purpose of anti-rust, anti-erosion and beautiful appearance. Electroplating zinc uses the principle of electrolysis to allow zinc ions to adhere to the surface of the metal mesh to form a coating. The cyanide in the galvanizing electrolyte is highly toxic. The characteristic of electroplating is that the zinc layer is fine and compact, and the gloss is strong. Hot-dip galvanizing is to put the material to be plated into the zinc solution for high-temperature hot-dip plating after anti-oxidation, annealing and other treatments. The advantage of hot-dip galvanizing is that the zinc layer is fully covered, the durability is stronger, and the service life of 20-50 years can be maintained. Relatively high price of electro-galvanized.

2. Dipping

Plastic impregnation generally heats the parts to be impregnated to melt the plastic powder on the metal surface of the grassland mesh. The heating time and temperature will affect the thickness of the plastic layer. Plastic impregnation can enhance the waterproof, rust and erosion resistance of the product. The color makes the product more beautiful and more ornamental.

3. Spray plastic

Spraying uses the principle of static electricity to make the plastic powder adsorb on the product, and then heat and solidify the process to achieve the purpose of anti-erosion of the product coating. Spraying is generally used in temporary products. The plastic layer is thinner than the dipping process. The advantage is cost Low and fast.

4. Anti-rust paint

Anti-rust paint is relatively easy to operate, low cost, strong operability, and poor anti-rust and anti-corrosion performance.

5. Copper clad steel

Copper-clad steel is generally made by electroplating and continuous casting. The former uses the principle of electrolysis. The grassland mesh is low in cost and the coating is thin. The continuous casting method makes the copper and the cladding metal fully fused without disconnection.
